Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All products sold on AllenCloud are digital PDF eBooks. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
